Why do we process your personal data?
At \u201cPERIS,\u201d we process your personal data to manage the products and services you request and have contracted with us, as well as to manage the sending of the information you request and to provide you with offers of products and services that may be of interest to you.

Why do we use your personal data?
Because the legal basis for the processing of your data is the execution of the mandate entrusted to us as an insurance broker to advise, propose, or carry out preliminary work for the conclusion of insurance contracts, the conclusion of these contracts, or assistance in the management and execution of these contracts, particularly in the event of a claim, for which it is possible that this data contains information about health, we ask for your consent to process it.

How long will PERIS keep your data?
Personal data will be retained for as long as the pre-contractual or contractual relationship is maintained. Once the contractual relationship with \u201cPERIS\u201d has ended, we will keep your personal data blocked for the legal prescription periods. After these periods, your data will be deleted.
